I've performed with Kate Maroney and Enrico Lagasca in various places around the US. Pretty cool to read about the great work they are doing with Artefact Ensemble - I only wish I could have heard the performance. Judging from your description, it was amazing.

Very cool. I was familiar with Kate going into the concert, but didn't know Enrico at all. They both were wonderful… and there genuinely was no weak link in the entire ensemble. An inspired performance by everyone involved.

Never heard of Greinke, now I see he's had a 40-year career...got work to do! Thanks also for the reminder on the Scott Johnson concert. I can't get out that night but will tune in to the live stream - see you in the chat, perhaps!

It’s so crazy to see Greinke pop up this week as I just learned about him last week courtesy of an amazing comp on Multimood from 1995. Great stuff, Steve.

Thanks, Jeff, much appreciated… I don't know Greinke's catalog well, but the new one has seized me hard, and I feel a deep dive approaching. Great write-up as usual, Steve. Re “Bunbury” — this could be a nod to Wilde, and Ernest’s “bunburying?” Still: not cute.

I think it's literally the city… the other categories on the main page of the website are also Australian cities, so the whole site looks like an independent Australian news outlet.
